Explanation:
Joining us from the Roman fort of Vindolanda, located just south of Hadrian's Wall in northern England, Jarl takes a moment out to introduce us to EPT's 7-Day "Working-In" Program. He introduces the program, which was developed by Nate at Elite Personal Training, his holistic P.T. studio located in Wong Chuk Hang on Hong Kong's south-side.
While we typically think of "working out" when we exercise, Nate introduces us to his concept of a "Work In". His idea is that when we "Work-In", we energize our bodies and set ourselves up for an energetic and productive day, rather than tiring ourselves out. We hope you enjoy the course and use it to prepare for many great, productive and successful days!
