What do I need for this session:
A mat, resistance band (RB), yourself and a desire for wellbeing.
Explanation:
Day 2 of EPT's energising "Working In" program. Exercises include: (1) Single Leg Supine Hip Extension; (2) Horse Stance Lateral Lift; (3) California Pushups in Horse Stance Position; (4) Static Full Squat; (5) Wide Bicep Curls with Rubber Band; (6) Tricep Kickbacks with Rubber Band; (7) Rubber Band Woodchops; (8) Leg Cycles Beginner; (9) Prone Cobra; (10) Side Leg Raises. Repeat x2.
