31-Minute Head-to-Toe Stretching Routine - Full Session

What do I need for this session:

A mat, resistance band (RB) / rope / belt, yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

Stretch and relax your muscles; target aches and pains; and energize your mind and body with this series of stretches. This is an extended stretching routine. Nate starts with the head and neck and then guides us through a series of stretches for the whole body, part by part. Start your day right with a stretch in the morning after waking up, or prior to exercise to help reduce the risk of injury.
