Vea Wellness Introduces EPT's 31-Minute Head-to-Toe Stretching Routine

A mat, resistance band (RB) / rope / belt, yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

Jarl from Vea Wellness takes a moment at Lindisfarne Castle on Lindisfarne (Holy Island) off the north-east coast of England to introduce this stretching session developed by Elite Personal Training (EPT) on the Southside of Hong Kong Island in Wong Chuk Hang. This is an extended stretching session, running just over 30 minutes, designed to target tension in the muscles, reduce stress and fight aches and pains.
