Jill begins this 7-part series by guiding us through the importance of core activation – for use in exercise and also for everyday life. She discusses how an inability to activate the core, or a weak core, is often the root cause of back or other muscle pain. She talks about engaging the pelvic floor as part of the core activation and finishes up with limb extensions for balance & coordination.
