Nourish your spine and balance your chakra and nervous systems with this back stretching exercise.
What do I need for this session?:
A mat, yourself and a desire for wellbeing.
Explanation:
Following activation of the core, Jill and Sasha move into a demonstration of Back Bends for the promotion of back flexibility and the release of tension. In this exercise we move between a back bend and an arch, promoting nourishment of the spine, its discs and vertebrae. With this stretch we furthermore balance the chakra and nervous systems, which run through the body's core and spinal cord.
