Explanation:
Find time in your day – morning, afternoon or night – to enjoy each exercise in this set in a full free-flowing sequence. Find a quiet moment, be present, feel your breath, take a pause, quiet your mind and release tension as we practise this full form. Begin with the set-up and core activation and move through each exercise in turn with Jill and Sasha – (1) Limb Extension; (2) Back Bends; (3) The Plank; (4) Up-Stretch (from The Plank); (5) Thread-the-Needle Shoulder Stretch & (6) Hip Rotation.
