About this session: 

Release tension in the hips caused by prolonged sitting at desk.

What do I need for this session?:

A mat, yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

Ideal for those of us who spend long hours seated at desks. Release tension and blockages in the hips with this mobilisation of the hips. This exercise focuses on decompressing pressure in the hips and lower back, which may be caused by prolonged time seated at desks or at home. Repeat for 5 reps in each direction on each leg. Do one leg in both directions and return to rest pose and then rotate opposite leg.
