Explanation:
Jarl joins us today to introduce this wonderful new course by Jill from Pause, a Pilates and yoga studio based on Mui Wo, a beach-side village on the island of Lantau in Hong Kong. Jarl joined Jill from Pause on Mui Wo in summer 2021 to put this course together and learned about the importance to us all, of being aware of and having a strong core, for being able to help improve posture and reduce the risk of back injury.
