Thread-the-Needle Shoulder Stretch

About this session: 

With this stretch rotate the spine to release stress in the shoulders and elsewhere through the body.

What do I need for this session?:

A mat, yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

The Thread-the-Needle stretch further builds upon the work we have done already in this course, as we continue with core activation followed by a stretch, this time of the shoulders and spine. Feel energy flowing through the arms and shoulders as we Thread the Needle, with tension being released in the shoulders and throughout the body. Practise on each side for 3 to 5 breath cycles and then return to the rest pose.
