What do I need for this session?:
No special equipment, simply yourself and a desire for wellbeing.
Explanation:
Jill uses this session to guide us through a balancing exercise. We begin by ensuring our body is in line by swinging the pubic bone in line with our body, and pulling our navel inwards. As we ensure we are aligned and relaxed, we extend our arms and balance on one leg. This exercise helps to remind us of our posture, while at the same time working on balance and focus. Enjoy and play with exercise as you feel distractions melt away.
