About this session: 

Jill eases into this course with a posture arrangement followed by a Roll Down for back stretching and nourishment.

What do I need for this session?:

No special equipment, simply yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

Jill begins by helping to guide us in finding our ideal standing position, from which we will commence each exercise in this Course. She does this by helping us to identify our sitting bones and from there we can position our feet for our beginning standing position. After this she moves into the first exercise of the Course; the Roll Down.
