
Up-stretch from Standing

About this session:
Raise your hands up and extend your body to the crown as you pivot your body for stress release and the enhancement of flexibility.
What do I need for this session?:
No special equipment, simply yourself and a desire for wellbeing.
Explanation:
In this exercise Jill guides us to extend our bodies and enjoy stretching up to the sky. We extend our hands upwards and interlock our fingers and then push the crown of our head upwards towards our clasped hands. As we do this, we sense our whole torso extending and stretching. Once we have stretched and grounded through the soles of our feet, we swing the body like a pendulum helping us to stretch and release tension in our diaphragm and waists.
