Jade Ladder Climbing Up to the Sky

About this session:

For balancing mind, emotion and the physical body. For improving focus and also the release of stress.

What do I need for this session?:

No special equipment; simply a quiet place (preferably with good energy), yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

In this exercise visualise yourself climbing a beautiful jade ladder up into the sky. Perfectly balanced, this ladder takes you endlessly into the sky as you focus and draw energy into your middle dantian, the energy channel running through your chest. Keep climbing the beautiful ladder as you continue to draw Qi (energy) into your body.
