About this session: 

A series of gentle stretches and Qigong moves to prepare for doing Qi Gong.

What do I need for this session?:

No special equipment; simply a quiet place (preferably with good energy), yourself and a desire for wellbeing.

Explanation:

A short warm up to carry out prior to practising Qigong. This set of exercises is a special warm up comprising stretches and Qigong movements to help prepare one for doing further Qigong exercises. This set can be done to prepare for more Qigong movements or even as a standalone exercise.

Lawrence - Tse Healing Qigong

Lawrence is a Tse Tai Chi & Qigong Master based in Hong Kong. He began his energy journey in the 1980s. The lineage of his learning follows several renowned Masters in China, including the legendary Grand Master Yang Mei Jun. Some of the forms in this line of teaching are as old as 1,800 years - including the Dayan Qigong form, also known as Wild Goose.

Lawrence today continues to pass on these centuries-old teachings in person in Hong Kong and here on Vea Wellness.
