About the Course
Conducted by Nate of Elite Personal Training (EPT) Studio in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong, this is an extended stretching routine, focusing on the entire body. Here we carry out a series of stretches beginning with the neck and move all the way through the body. They are stretches designed to work the muscles; reduce aches and pains and to also energize the body.
