Introduction to Qigong

1.5 Jade Ladder Climbing Up to the Sky.png

by Lawrence.

About the Course

Conducted by Master Lawrence of Tse Healing Qigong, this 7-part series will guide anyone from the total newcomer, to the seasoned practitioner, through a series of classic Qigong exercises. Discover this form of "moving meditation" with Master Lawrence, a 30-year practitioner of this ancient technique of energy work.

You may hear Master Lawrence refer to "Dantiens". The practise of Qigong focuses on the drawing of energy into your Dantiens; energy reservoirs – at the navel, sternum and forehead –   similar to the Indian system of chakras. By doing so, you recharge yourself; refresh the body and still the mind.
