About the Course:

Conducted by Jill of Pause Studio, this 7-part series of sessions is designed to introduce newcomers to Pilates and help experienced practitioners review some key elements of their practise. Brought to you from beautiful Mui Wo on Hong Kong's Lantau Island, Jill begins by reminding students of the importance of a strong core for overall health and wellbeing. She then guides us through a series of 6 movements aimed at promoting flexibility, building core strength and releasing inner tension.
